Spanish Property Marketing Ltd is a company dedicated to helping our clients find their ideal house in Spain, whether for holidays, living or investment. Together with our partners in Spain, we have 25 years experience of helping clients find their dream home in the sun.

We aim to give a personal service and provide all the facilities necessary to ensure a successful purchase, from finding a suitable property, currency exchange, legal introductions, after sales service, right up to furniture removals.

We operate in many areas of Spain, including the ever popular Costas Blanca, Calida, Almeria and the Costa del Sol. We also offer individual developments in other areas, if, for example, you are looking for a specific purpose such as pure investment. Spanish Property Marketing specialises mainly in new and off plan property and we have a comprehensive range on our books, from apartments to detached villas, coastal to golf course. We also have a portfolio of resale (previously owned) properties, mostly on the Costa Blanca.

Our main office is in Surrey, and we have a subsidiary office in the South West of England. We run property exhibitions and offer subsidised area and property inspection tours to Spain for our clients.

All of our properties are priced in Euros, and range from studio apartments starting at around €95,000 to detached villas costing up to €1,000,000.
